Our Return Policy
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Items marked as final sale, personalized products, or hygiene-related goods (e.g. cosmetic pouches) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact us at contact@outletcity.lt with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Ship the item back using any secure, trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (different size, color, or model), simply initiate a return and place a new order. This guarantees the fastest turnaround and product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — we’ll take care of it right away. Please contact us with photos and your order number.
We will offer you:
a full refund,
a replacement at no extra cost,
or store credit — your choice.
We take full responsibility for any mistakes on our end.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is approved. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International returns must be clearly marked as Returned Goods to avoid import duties.
