How to Track Your Order
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

DPD / DHL Express (depending on region)
You can also log in anytime to your Account Dashboard → “My Orders” to track directly.
Order Status Guide
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order Placed | We’ve received your order and are preparing it. |
| Processing | Your items are being carefully packed and inspected. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our London facility. |
| In Transit | The parcel is moving through the courier’s network. |
| Out for Delivery | The courier will deliver your parcel today. |
| Delivered | Your order has been successfully delivered. |
International Shipments
If you’re ordering from outside the UK:
Your parcel may go through customs clearance in your country.
This can add 1–3 business days depending on local processing.
The tracking page will show if your parcel is “Held at Customs”, and you’ll receive instructions (email/SMS) on paying any applicable duties/taxes.
Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?
Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for the tracking email to arrive.
